Bring balance back into your life.

Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to help. Get started today!

Reach Out.

Schedule a free consultation. You don’t need perfect words - just share whatever’s feeling heavy right now. I’ll be here to listen.

Connect.

We’ll talk, I’ll hold space for your whole story, ask questions that matter, and together we’ll see if this feels like the right support for you. No pressure, only care.

Begin Therapy.

When you’re ready, we’ll find a steady rhythm that fits your life. Each week I’ll be fully present with you, offer gentle guidance and practical tools, and walk beside you at exactly your pace - until things feel yours again.

What it’s like to work with me

Hi, I’m Caroline!

There’s no one-size-fits-all here. We’ll go at the pace that feels right for you and only use the approaches that actually click in your real life:

  • Catching and rewriting thought spirals behind anxiety and perfectionism (CBT)

  • Moving toward what matters most, even when fear or self-doubt is loud (ACT)

  • Meeting your emotions with kindness instead of getting pulled under (Mindfulness)

  • Turning “I want things to feel different” into small, concrete steps that actually move the needle (Solution-focused work)

My style is warm, collaborative, and active - I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you connect insight to practical change.

This is a supportive, non-judgmental space where you’ll feel understood, gently challenged when helpful, and supported as you work through anxiety, overthinking, and overwhelm.

My Guiding Principles

Compassion.

I meet every part of you (even the messy, ashamed, or “too much” parts) with steady warmth and zero judgment.

Safety.

This space is completely yours: confidential, predictable, and free from criticism or surprise reactions. You can let your guard down here.

Kindness.

We practice treating you with the same gentleness you give others - until it feels natural, not borrowed.

Collaboration.

This is your therapy. You set the direction, I walk beside you with ideas and tools - never pushing, always partnering.

Training + Education

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Education and Counseling, and I am committed to ongoing training so I can continue providing thoughtful, evidence-based care.

My clinical approach integrates several evidence-based and neuroscience-informed modalities that support meaningful change in anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Helps build psychological flexibility - supporting you in responding to thoughts and emotions in ways that align with your values rather than avoidance or overwhelm. This also teaches reduction of self-criticism, softening rigid standards, and building more flexibility in how you relate to expectations.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Focuses on identifying and shifting thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, overthinking, and emotional distress.

Solution-Focused
Emphasizes small, practical steps that help create real change in daily life rather than staying stuck in analysis alone.

Neuroscience-Informed
Helps us understand “false alarm” states in the nervous system that can contribute to chronic anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional reactivity.

I have also completed a Certificate in Neuropsychotherapy, which supports my understanding of how brain function and the nervous system influence anxiety, stress, and emotional patterns. This informs my neuroscience-informed approach to therapy.
